Here is our WOD for Tuesday, 6/25 at Willowbrooke Park.  Note — very helpful to give me a heads up if you are joining to make sure I bring enough Kettlebells!

Start time 6:45 pm.

FOR TIME!

4 Rounds of:

20 two hand kettlebell swings

Run 100 meters

10 Burpees

Run 100 meters (return to start…)

Group finisher ….. 20/10 body squat with rest in deep squat position.  We’ll set the timer for 8 rounds .. do as many rounds as you can!
