Here is our challenge for Tuesday, August 27th .. this one will be a special preview of the format for our fall classes (see Upcoming Classes link above for further info)

3 rounds (2 minutes between rounds, 1 minute between circuits)

Circuit 1 – Ropes  25/5  (the 5 isn’t rest, it’s more transition between exercises!)

Jumping Jacks / Side Plank Wave – Left / then Right / Claps / Circles / Close Slams

Circuit 2 – Body weight 25/5

Jumping Jacks / Side Plank Hold – Left / then Right / T-Pushup / Arm Circles / Prisoner Squats

Rest 2 minutes .. do same 2 more times.

And the Finisher 3-3-3 (3 minutes AMRAP, 3 exercises, 3 reps each)

Heisman Hop /  Total Body Extension / Cross Body Mountain Climber
