It’s going to be a beautiful early autumn weekend so let’s try to get outside to do the weekender! Do this either Saturday OR Sunday and just be mindfully active the other day .. a nice walk, some yoga, a light run, etc…
Do a few minutes of warmup … arm swings, a few jumping jacks, some half squats .. just a few minutes to loosen up and get your body temp up a bit..
3 Rounds of…..
1. 25 yard walking lunge
2. 10 prisoner squats + 10 pushups
3. 25 yard walking lunge back to start
Rest for about 30 seconds between rounds
Assuming you’re outside, finish up with about a half mile brisk walk.
