Fitness Ropes – 10/17/13

On Tuesday, we did our first AMRAP format session.  We’ll do another one tonite with an obstacle course inspired workout, You may start anywhere in the sequence, but maintain the order once you start.

 

Beginner/Intermediate Class

AMRAP 15 minutes

1. Rope Slams X 10

2. Suspension Inverted Row X 10

3. Landmine Lumberjack Press X 10

4. Plyo Jumps Up the Steps

5. Bear Crawl Length of Stage

6. Step Ups X 20 (10 each leg…)

7. Over the Shoulder X 10

8. Burpees X 10

Recommended Cooldown – Sun Salutation Sequence

Advanced Class

AMRAP 20 minutes

1. Rope Slams X 15

2. Suspension Inverted Row X 15

3. Landmine Lumberjack Press X 15

4. Plyo Jumps Up the Steps

5. Bear Crawl Length of Stage

6. Step Ups X 30 (15 each leg…)

7. Over the Shoulder X 15

8. Burpees X 15
