Fitness Ropes – 10/22/13

Tonite we’re up in the studio … lower impact but not lower intensity!! We have parallel circuit tonite on the ropes and bodyweight + accessory exercise.  Work through all of either circuit in the assigned format before switching – twice through each circut

 

Beginner/Intermediate Class

20/10 Density Mode – do each x 3 before moving to next exercise

Seated Circles (legs wide)

Woodcutters w/ball

Seated Alternating Wave (arms wide)

Dead Bug (or.. inverted bird dog!)
