Fitness Ropes – 10/29/13

Combined class tonite .. format is 30/30/30 (rope/bodyweight/rest) – 2 rounds for beg/intermediate, advanced class (and anyone else who wants to !!)  will do a 3rd round. All ropes exercises will be performed in a kneeling position.

  1.        Rope Circles | Arm Circles | Rest
  2.       Low Speed Wave | Cross Body Mountain Climber | Rest
  3.      Side Two Hand Wave (left facing) | Single Leg Burpee (left leg) | Rest
  4.      Side Two Hand Wave (right facing) | Single Leg Burpee (right leg) | Rest
