Fitness Ropes – 10/31/13

We have a 12 station circuit tonite … 6 rope based exercises, followed by 5 bodyweight exercises and a single rest station.  30 sec work, 10 sec transition.

 

Beginner/Intermediate — 2 Rounds | Advanced  —- 3 Rounds

Drums (Alternating Wave)

Donkey Kongs (Slams)

Drum Roll (Speed Wave)

Whirlybirds (Circles)

2 Hand Drums

Rope Jacks

Prisoner Squat

Woodcutter (with weighted ball)

T-Pushup

Total Body Extension

Burpee (you didn’t think we’d leave that out, did you?)

REST
