We’re finally on our way out of the deep freeze here in southeast Wisconsin, albeit it in very odd fashion. Let’s see .. the mercury was at about -21 (F) at wakey wakey time this morning and by mid day tomorrow we could see RAIN.  Hmmmmm.  The radical weather coming right out of the chaos that the holidays bring to many of us has a way of getting us off the healthy track.   Whether you’re still on course, have slipped off the path or are debating putting a toe in the (icy….) water, you should join us tonite.  We’re going back to the basics on the ropes … 20 exercises in 20 minutes (but not straight through … I’ll give you some options!!)

Note that we’re taking over the gym tonite at 7 pm immediately following a choreography rehearsal so things may look at bit chaotic .. we’ll probably get started just a few minutes late .. if the performers  (NSAA’s upcoming performance of Aladdin!) are still filling the gym when you arrive for the 7 pm session, just go left up the stairs for a couple minutes!

Are you reading this, thinking (knowing!!) that you really need to get off the couch and start moving again — but a little timid about beginning?  Come out and try it. We’re always done in 30 minutes or less. The workouts adapt well to different ages, shapes, sizes and levels of fitness.  We’ll encourage you without scaring you and you’ll probably find that these workouts are actually, well… FUN!   Click HERE for details …..
