No foolin’ around here … we’re back to a combo of bodyweight and ropes strength based cardio… We’ll stack the same exercise back to back – 1 bodyweight only, 1 ropes resisted.

2 or 3 rounds — my advanced group should go all 3.  Format is 35 work/35 work/ 35 rest&transition.  We’ll take 90 seconds between rounds.

Here’s the 5 exercises … you’ll do 35 seconds bodyweight only and 35 seconds on the ropes .. switch between as quickly as possible.

1.  Burpee

2.  T-Pushup

3.  Squat  (you choose the wave type on the ropes…a simple alternating wave is suggested)

4.  Jumping Jacks

5.  Alternating Reverse Lunge (again, you can choose the wave type on the ropes…a simple alternating wave is suggested)

We’ll rest for 90 seconds and repeat …. 2 rounds but we’ll do an optional 3rd round for anyone up to it!!
