Ah, finally a dry day for our Tuesday suspension session … feels like our trademark summer humidity is returning but nice to see the skies clearing.

WEDNESDAYS are HILL DAYS!!    Wednesday location — the sledding hill at Mee-Kwon Park!!

Wednesday, June 25th.  The Hills Are Alive…..

Format:  2 rounds of the following….

At bottom of hill.. 20 alternating reverse lunges (10 each side), then .. up the hill!! b12a540e-5788-4b91-86f9-99bca581529d

At the top of the hill .. 10 bodyweight squats, then a walking recovery down the hill

Rest as needed but no more than needed at the bottom .. do a second round of the same.
