Next Boot Camp Session – Monday, June 30th

Well, what do you know .. sunshine peeking through and blue sky visible for Thursday morning’s ropes session.  Fridays we get out some toys… bells, balls, ropes, boxes.. mix it up a little and have some fun…

Monday June 30th  ….  Lower Body All Bodyweight Blast!

altrevlungeFormat:  3 x 5 minute rounds — each round is specified exercises and rep counts, then finish up with (FUW) Duck Unders to complete the 5 minutes Each round looks like this:

1. Alt Reverse Lunge (x20) –> 40 yard walking lunge –> Alt Reverse Lunge (x20)

2. Prisoner Squat (x10) — > 40 yard duck walk –> Prisoner Squat (x10)

3. Skater Lunge (x20) –> 40 yard karaoke  –> Skater Lunge (x20)

4. FUW (if time remaining)   Duck Unders
