Safely through a Monday that saw both sunshine and a great deal of bright blue sky … we did have to deal with some pretty high humidity ahead of  heavy storm activity in the forecast for later on Monday.  We’ll follow Monday’s lower body blast with a day focused more above the waist.

Tuesday, July 1st  ….  Core and Upper Body

We’ll do a pair of supersets …

1.  T-Pushups and 3 Way Planks.  We’ll go 30 seconds each for a full round of 2 minutes .. we’ll rest a minute between each and go 3 rounds.

2.  Suspension Rows and Pushups.  We’ll do these as reps – 10 each excercise …. AMRAP for 8 minutes.
