Hopefully you’re mixing a little recovery with a lot of mindful activity over the weekend. I’ll be doing my weekly kettlebell chain session Sunday afternoon (drop me a note if you’d like to join me … whether you’re “kettlebell curious” or looking for a quick but really effective free session, always more fun to do with others!) after taking a much needed rest day on Saturday. The big accomplishment today was finally acquiring the much needed trailer! Monday, we come back with a ropes and bodyweight calisthenics combo. We got only 4 weeks behind us and plenty of room for more folks … the sessions do not build on one another so it is definitely NOT too late to get started. An announcement for the fall program will be coming soon!
