Thursday, July 17th — Ropes+
Format 30/30 X 3 rounds. 30 on ropes is alternating wave + a movement, 30 off is a plank hold. Below are the 5 movements done while maintain a wave on the ropes
2. Lateral Shuffle
3. Up & Back
4. Side Step Sumo Squat
5. Alternating Reverse Lunge
Between rounds, we’ll walk a brisk lap.
