We’ll being the unofficial 2nd half of the summer with a “choose your surface” bodyweight circuit.  Some pushups, walking lunges and sprints with a barefoot option if you do your loops on the grass!  There are 6 weeks remaining in the summer session.  Still plenty of training days so come on out!   Details and registration HERE.

Monday, July 21st — Bodyweight Circuit w/sprints

Here is a narrative of the crude artwork below depicting the setup…

2 loops — one in the grass, one on the parking lot … long sides approx 75 yards, short sides, approx 40 yards

Start with 5 pushups, then jog midway down the long side, bring it up to a sprint to the end of the long side. 5 pushups, then a walking lunge to the far corner — you’re halfway! Repeat sequence on the back half coming back to start.  Rest as needed but no more than needed between laps. Try for 5 laps to give you an even 100 pushups.
