Beautiful morning on the hill .. temps and humidity down, gorgeous sunrise and blue skies.  A perfect morning to be out and at it early!  We continue the minimalist theme this week on Thursday with a core blasting session.

 Thursday, July 24th — Tabata Core Workout — Planks and Sits

Tabata Protocol (20/10)  We’ll try to get through at least 3 full rounds of this with a recovery walk between rounds

1.  Plank Hold

2.  High Plank with Alternating Shoulder Touch

3.  Plank Body Saw

4.  High Plank Jack

5. V-Sit Pushdowns

6. Figure Eights

7. Bicycles

8. Frozen V-Sit
