Simple but demanding session on the hill Wednesday … we altered the planned programming, removing the arms and shoulders work — but we’ll get to those on Thursday!

Thursday, July 31st – Double Triangle Arms and Shoulders Circuit
We’ll see up in a diamond shape on the field — north end, suspension rows, south end, suspension T-Y-I Flys. East corner, weighted cross body punches, west corner walkout triceps pushup.
Start at with suspension hub, then jog to west end, do your pushups, sprint across to east end and do your punches. Jog to opposite suspension hub. Lather, rinse, repeat — AMRAP 20 minutes.
