Early Morning Group – 8/1

Only a few hardy souls for Thursday morning’s upper body circuit … Friday we’ll do some serious leg and glute work .. no circuit of toys this week, but we will make use of the picnic tables!

Friday, August 1st — Legs & Glutes with a Picnic Table

We’ll go round the table with the following — 45 seconds each.

Step up – left

Step up – right

Split squat – left down

Split squat – right down

Each round followed by a 50 yard sprint with duck walk return  .. we’ll rest between rounds at try for 3 rounds.
