In January, we’ll roll out some new programming … “Tabata Tuesdays”.  Class times will remain more or less intact.  Here’s how it will look.

Each block will be the standard 8 rounds of 20/10.  There will be 4 “stations”.  For the early morning groups, we’ll start the first clock at 5:20 and then run a fresh block every 8 minutes, so you’ll go 4 minutes in 20/10, then 4 minutes recovery.  The workout will consist of doing at least bellsballsropes3 of the 4 stations.  This will keep the 5:15 am folks with normal class time … 6 am group, you’ll need to come a bit early to warm up.

Blocks will start at:

5:20  |  5:28 | 5:36 | 5:44 | 5:52 | 6:00 | 6:08 | 6:16

We’ll run these continuous across the current time slots.  You can do more blocks if you want or come any time during the 8 to get your three.

Since I’m thinking about replacing circuit day with something new anyway, we’ll give this format a try on Friday this week.

The 4 stations will be:

1.  Rope or Ball Slam

2.  Mountain Climber (option to incline it)

3.  Bosu Side to Side Pushups

4.  Duck Walk “in a box”
