We’ll be pausing a bit for Christmas Eve and Day before returning on Friday morning.  Tuesday night and Wednesday morning are our “ropes” sessions, but we’ll weave in the pushup-squat-burpee challenge!!  Here’s what iscoiledrope on tap…

5 rounds .. 3 minutes each.  30 seconds each movement

Alt wave – burpee – Alt wave – squat – Alt wave – pushup

Record your burpees, squats and pushups .. we’ll tally at the end and if anyone needs to make up the difference from their daily goal, we’ll do that as a finisher.

Nothing fancy, but a whole lotta work will get done!
