Wednesday, eh? Must be time for the battling ropes!

This week … ropes, meet step!  A little spice for the ropes folks and well, you’ve never done this with a Step before!!

45/35 x 3 or 4  about a minute between rounds

1. Two hand wave + soccer taps on the step

2. Alternating wave + alternating step ups

3. Two hand wave + jump up onto the step

4.  Alternating wave + side step up and over (turn step!)
