Since Tuesday was a leg day this week, we will mix it up a bit on Tuesday night — a trio of ropes, steps and jump ropes.
Format will be 45/15 – we’ll rest an extra minute after each trio
1. Ropes — choose 2 hand or alternating wave
2. Step — Side step alternating lunges
3. Jump Rope (or Jumping Jacks)
We will shoot for 5 rounds so go hard — this is a short but fairly high intensity session.
