We close out the month on a Tuesday .. we’ll do a combo legs/glutes/core session for the regular group, a few mods to it for THRIVE! at 10:30 am and reuse a couple moves for the 4x4x4 Tabata Bootcamp at 8:15 pm.

Format — traverse with specified reps at each end

Start — Plie Squat x 15

Then — Walking Lunge to far side

On Far Side — V-Sit (heels off floor) w/ alternating vertical punches x 30 (15 each arm)

Return — Duck Walk

Finish Round — Alt reverse lunges with dumbells (lunge, reach, stand) x 20 (10 each leg)

REST up to 1 MINUTE (use sand timer)

Repeat for 4-5 rounds
