Here are the pairs for the working 30s… We’ll go through the sequence twice

1.  Alternating Wave/Alternating Reverse Lunge

2. Jockey/Simulated Rope Jumps

3. Slams/Total Body Extensions

4.  Reverse Whips/Tricep Pushups

5.  Corkscrews/Wall Sit

6.  Lazy 8s/Body Saw
