Something of a circuit, but mostly without toys (we’ll save those for Monday!).
5 lanes .. start in any lane. 45/15 format. Stay in lane for 2 rounds, change lanes after doing the exercise a second time. We’ll rest 1:15 after hitting each lane and repeat it. OR….. we can do each in Tabata format, resting about a minute between lanes .. if the group wants to do Tabata (really, I’m gonna let you call it!), we’ll replace #4 with a plank w/ alternating arm raise.

2. Hip Dips
3. Burpee (no pushup) with lateral jump
5. High Knee Sprint
