Here is our quartet for tonite’s 4x4x4 Tabata Boot Camp class….

wannatabataSPECIAL NOTE – We will begin tonite at 8 pm (normal start 8:15 but we have some logistical challenges on the home front today!!)

UPPER BODY — T Pushups

LOWER BODY — Squat Trio (narrow/standard/wide)

CORE — Plank Trio (hold low plank, alternate legs to spider/cross over/wide)

FULL BODY — Rope or Ball Slams
