We’ll go 15 rounds of 30/30 — Ropes/Choice of Jumping Jacks or Seal Jacks or TBE or Faux Rope Jumps

… and then a finisher… here are the 15 ropes exercises

1.  Alternating Wave

2.  Side Corkscrew – Left Facing

3.  Low Stance Speed Wave

4.  Side Corkscrew – Right Facing

5.  Ski Jumpers

6.  Up/Downs

7.  Seated Wide Wave

8.  Up & Backs

9.  Lazy 8s

10. Dog Sled (no jumps, that would be the Jockey… <gr> )

11.  Pallof – Left Facing

12.  Slams

13.  Pallof – Right Facing

14.   Tidal Wave

15.   CHOICE!!! You Pick!
