Picture a large grid framework… like a tic tac toe setup but a row and column larger giving us 16 boxes….

Carry a sand timer with you … pick a square, do the prescribed exercise til the sand runs out .. move along, repeat until you’ve hit all 16 squares…  some bad art below… 🙂
