Ropes day!! Well .. we will do a little kicking along with all the swinging….
6 minute rounds, we’ll loop it 3 times.
You’ll work in pairs .. one on the ropes and one serving as “the timer” .. the timer will do 50 round kicks (25 each leg) while the partner loops between alternating waves, 2 hand waves and ski jumpers. Once the 50 is complete, the kicker becomes the swinger!
Mod for the round kicks if anyone needs to avoid the contact is a squat with a front kick, 25 a side…
We’ll do a 3x3x3 finisher consisting of pushups, jumping jacks and squats.
