Fridays are sort of a surprise now so we’re going to replay the Thursday night Tabata session!! Since we did mostly a cardio session on Thursday, this one is mostly strength.

UPPER BODY – Kneeling Bottom Up Kettlebell Shoulder Press (alternate arms each round)
LOWER BODY – Using a single tile square as reference – Squat – Duck Walk – Squat – Backward Duck Walk
CORE – Side Plank (low plank, alternate sides each round)
FULL BODY – Front Loaded (dumbbell) Alternating Reverse Lunges
