We’re going to turn Thursday into a bit of game …  gametime

A rectangle …. two “teams”.  One team will be inside the box, the other team will split up around the perimeter, each to a cone which will be labeled with an exercise and number of reps.

Each member of the perimeter team will visit each cone – they are the “timer” … while they are doing this, the team on the inside will alternate between 10 pushups and 10 v-sit peddles.  Then teams switch places.  We’ll do 3 rounds and keep the cumulative time for each team and declare a winner…

Then we’ll move on to a 5 minute finisher.
