Hey hey, it’s ropes day!!  We kept it nice and low this morning .. no standing moves — sits, kneels and planks only – but we’re standing it up …. and amping it up … for the evening!

Format – 40/40 x3 with 40 sec between rounds. 40 seconds on the ropes, then 4o of a bodyweight core exercise. Round 1, the alt 40 will be plank jacks. Bird dog in Round 2 and the regular low plank in round 3.

On the ropes…

1. Alternating wave with squats
2. Jockeys
3. Palms up tall wave
4. Ski Jumpers
5. Grappler toss
