Since Fridays have a more or less open format, we’re going to let YOU choose from the workout below or either of the week’s 2 tabata bootcamp sessions!
Here’s one choice….
Format .. every minute, specified reps of an exercise, finish up with (FUW) jumping jacks to the end of the minute
1. 15 Pushups
2. 15 Squats
3. 15 Mountain Climbers (each side!)
4. 15 Skater Jumps
5. 10 Burpees
Rest 1 minute between rounds for a total of 3 rounds.
Finisher — Tabata Format, alternate between plank jacks and squats.
