4x4x4tabatabootcampWe mixed things up a little in the morning and since it is an “anything can happen Thursday” (with the only caveat being we amp up the cardio a tad….), we’ll still be in the 4 target areas, 4 minutes, 4 sequences format but we’re going to do a blind draw to determine the order and the exercise for each… hmmmm .. anything can happen!
