We’re moving to the Tabata format for all the evening classes .. we’ll still do circuits on Mondays and ropes on wannatabataWednesdays, but will adapt those sessions to be timed in the 20/10 format.

1.  Cross Body Mountain Climber

2.  Reverse Lunge + Front Kick (change legs each 20)

3.  T-Pushups

4.  V-Sit Cross Body Punches
