Seems like we’re about due for a self timed session…. out come the sand timers!sand-timer

We’ll be going east-west across the floor (the shorter dimension…)

Start on the east side at a cone .. use your timer to execute the following list .. after each, you’ll duck walk to the corresponding cone on the west side, do 25 jumping jacks, and duck walk back to the starting point and do the next exercise for the duration of your timer… run through all five .. talk a quick break and repeat.

1.  Hip Dips

2.  Sprawls

3.  Mountain Climbers

4.  Burpees

5.  Squats
