Attached to the end of each rope will be “something heavy” …. the heavy thing will be your anchor point for the swings…

15 minutes AMRAP

Each round consists of …

1.  100 reps of rope swing

2.  Reel in the heavy object

3.  Move the heavy object back to the end (leaving the rope extended…)

4.  Backwards bear crawl back to start
