We’re going to change up the weekly format a bit for the remainder of the summer … Mondays will remain our circuit day – expect to hit the whole body. Tuesdays we’ll do core and upper body. We’re going to drop out the ropes for a few weeks and do legs/glutes on Wednesdays. Thursday stays the amped up cardio and we’ll have some fun with the Tabata format on Fridays … here ya go for Tuesday!!!!
