Change in programming schedule effective this week .. we’re swapping Mondays & Thursdays. Mondays will now be a straight cardio day (some weeks with toys, others .. well, the body is the machine!) and Thursdays will become our cardio kickboxing day — and a tweak there — we’ll always ensure there is an option for some striking! Tuesdays will continue to be upper body focused, legs & glutes on Wednesdays. Fridays we’ll tee up our 4x4x4 Tabata Boot Camp and Saturdays we bring out lots of toys for our Saturday circuit. Look for some additional offerings a couple nights a week starting in February!
