In Season Conditioning Program Now Live!

We get this question frequently in some form .. should I continue my conditioning program once my team training starts and we begin our season? …. well, of course you should.  Aside from the key benefit of vastly reducing the risk of injury, continuing in a directed maintenance program will help you maintain the conditioning you worked hard toIMG_4537 attain in the off season.  Sessions are a bit shorter and take on a different focus, but you try to do 1 or 2 sessions per week.  This will keep you in top competitive shape and set you up to train at even higher levels in the off season.  A key takeaway if you talk to college coaches is that far too many high school athletes come to campus with a less than optimal level of conditioning.  This all but washes away many college freshman seasons!  It doesn’t have to be that way!  Click the JOIN/RENEW link above to grab your slot for in season maintenance conditioning!
