Thursday is our cardio kickboxing themed day .. this one will have a freestyle flavor to it, though we will stick close to 40 second blocks. No graphic today, but here’s the blueprint for the session….
40 second blocks
12 move buildup/back down sequences – freestyle
Left Lead all, rest, Right Lead all, rest Square Sequence
We will build up through jabs, crosses, uppers, knees and kicks,
then work our way back down, finishing the sequence with jumping
Rest 1 minute, change lead foot, repeat sequence.
Rest 1 minute finishing with a 5 minute squared stance
