Strike Day … and we’re bangin’ stuff again this week (GLOVE UP!) …. 7 stations….  45/15 x 3 roundspunch

  1.  Row of sandbags, space between …. 20 soccer taps, shuttle to next bag, do a burpee between each bag
  2.  Upright Bag –  Right Lead — Jab – Jab – Cross (circle the bag)
  3.  Upright Bag –  Left Lead — Jab – Jab – Cross (circle the bag)
  4.  Row of rolled wrestling mats — elevated pushups
  5. Upright Bag – Left Lead — Jab – Cross – Jab – Right Side Kick
  6. Upright Bag – Right Lead — Jab – Cross – Jab – Left Side Kick
  7.  Upright Bag – Square to Bag — Left – Right (straight punch) – Left – Right (side kick)
