Very slight tweak to programming this week … we’ll format our Monday boot camp session to be body weight only. Bodyweight Boot Camp We’ll begin this with a 25 block grid … each block has a different body weight only exercise … you’ll go 50 seconds in each with 10 seconds to move to an empty block.
