We have now expanded to our full summer adult group fitness schedule — the new offerings are:
7 am Monday – Friday & 5:15 pm Monday – Thursday
These are something of a test balloon — many have asked for these additional times but is sometimes happens that we hear requests, create something to meet the request and then nobody shows up. We’ll run these for sure during the rest of June, but since we already have 4 other classes daily plus the Saturday morning class, if they don’t gain any traction, we’ll just let them go.
But if you’re looking for either than not so crazy early morning thing or a quick 30 minute blast after work for blow off a little steam, stop on in!
