Group Ex #559 – Monday, June 27th

This is our last Monday for the month of June … let’s make it a great one!  The floor will be set into 5 lines, each able to support 4 folks at once (20 should cover us on a Monday, but we’re open to surprises…).  Everyone gets a sand timer .. 1 minute in the line, then take a lap … your lap can be anything you want, from a recovery walk to a flat out sprint. Try to complete 4 rounds .. rest as needed, but as little as possible.
