Well, here comes Wednesday … so we’re working mainly the lower half and getting a little cardio in the deal as well. It is international kissing day, but we’ll let you celebrate that elsewhere!!
Today is sans toys other than some markers on the floor .. just you and a pair of cones. We’ll have 4 blocks, each with 3 movements. You’ll go 30/30/30 for the movements and rest 30 to end that block. We’ll loop the whole thing 3 times.
