DOYO day!! Doors open at 5 am for the 2 1/2 hour open block. Today we will have 10 exercises arranged in lines for up to three participants each at a time .. you do 10x of each exercise and more to the next line. Each round = 100 reps. Easy mode – try for 5 rounds. A little harder, go 8. Or.. break out the full on beast mode and bang out 10 full rounds for 1000 reps. 9:30 am class block will do this AMRAP for 25 minutes.
