Wednesday, August 31st will be the final day of our current summer group fitness schedule. We will make just a few changes beginning Thursday, September 1st (can you believe we’re bearing down on September already??).
As of 9/1, we will cut back the early morning classes to just two — 5:15 and 6 am. The 7 am class will drop out of the schedule during the regular school year. Additionally, the mid-morning class will return to the 9:15 start time Monday-Thursday. Beginning on Friday, September 2nd, the Friday mid-morning class will follow the same format as the early morning open “DOYO” block and will change over (Fridays only….) to run 9:15-11:45.
