Group Ex #615 – Wednesday, August 31st

How wonderful to end the month and our summer schedule with a leg day!!  Legs and laps .. we’ve paired off 10 exercises.  The clock will give us a bell every 45 seconds … 45 seconds for each half of the pair, then 45 seconds to complete a lap and grab a quick break.  Hit all 5 pairs two times.
