‘We open the week with a format we’ve not visited for a while .. “RIST” & “FUW” … We’ll do a certain number of reps of an exercise (see graphic) then finish out the time allotted (60 seconds) with something else (a plank) … “Reps in Specified Time” and “Finish Up With”
